Airbnb Unveils AI-Powered Support Bot in the US
Airbnb is stepping up its customer service game by integrating artificial intelligence into its support system. During the company’s first-quarter earnings call, CEO Brian Chesky confirmed that an AI-powered customer service bot has been gradually rolled out across the United States since last month.
